Profile This product is used in the highest point or where there is air in sewage pipeline, to clear away the air inside the sewage pipeline for normal work. If this product is not installed, there can be air close in pipeline, thus making sewage enc-ountered with vapor lock, and even more seriously, disconnected. Principle When the sewage is running in pipe, this valve will stop at the lower part of locating bracket, to carry out considerable air discharge. When the air has been discharged completely, sewage will enter into the valve to make the ball floated, and have the valve closed. There can be little gas produced naturally in pipe, gathered in the upper part in pipe to some extent. Here, the sewage in valve and ball will be lowered, and the air will be discharged out from the small hole.
Technical Parameters: SCAR exhaust valve is the same in principle as CARX exhaust valve, but somewhat different in structure. The lever mechanism is slightly upgraded (as in the drawing), so that the float ball is controlled at the lower part, thus to make the dirt only below the valve body, and not to be wound onto the upper exhaust port, which will not lower the sealing performance. This product is a special exhaust valve for sewage pipeline project.
