Product Description
Series XK-UY600 tuning fork level switch can measure the material level of different states and densities. It is applicable for the alarm and control of various silos solid material levels and liquids in various containers.
Solid materials: fly ash, cement, stone ash, plastic granules, salt, sugar,etc.
Liquid media: water, acid, alkali, slurry, pulp, dye, oil, milk, wine, beverage,etc.
1. Operating Principle
The XK-UY600 tuning ork switch is made up of sender fork and magnifying glass. Two sets of piezoelectric crystals are pressed at the root of the fork body. One set is the drive .The drive prong generates the vibration. The other set is the detector, which transform the vibration of the prong into voltage signals. When the prong is blocked, the amplitude of the oscillator becomes smaller and the relay output the switch signals.
