ss Nonrotating-Stem Needle Valve feature:
1.NS series needle valves Compact, rugged design is available in straight and angle flow patterns.
2.Nonrotating stem provides repetitive shutoff.
3.Actuation threads isolated from system fluid enhance thread life.
4.O-ring stem seal needs no adjustment.
5.Replaceable stem tip facilitates maintenance.
6.Straight and angle patterns,compact design.
7.Stainless steel, brass and alloy 400 body materials.
8.Orifice sizes from 0.093 to 0.218 in. (2.4 to 5.6 mm) are available.
9.Flow coefficients (Cv) from 0.12 to 0.53 are available.
10.Pressures up to 3000 psig (206 bar).
11.Temperatures up to 450°F (232°C) with PEEK stem tip;
12.Suitable for sour gas service; materials are selected inaccordance with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156.
13.Every valve is 100% factory tested with nitrogen.
14.Safety back seating seals in fully open position.
