UF - E Tianjin U-ideal Instrument Co. from China supplier, Double-Rotator Flow meter (Also called Bi-Rotor Flow meter, Dual rotor flow meter) is a new kind positive displacement item. Contained in measuring chamber is a pair of rotators having special spiral gear teeth, the design of which is responsible for successfully eliminating pulsation in flow stream. The special sands proof and self-lubricant designing can measure sands content and high water contains oil. This type flow meter has many advantages such as high-precision, high security, smooth running, low noise and long lifetime.
Flow meter characteristics:
1. Apply to thin oil, light oil, heavy oil, viscous crude, crude oil with big water content, and wide viscosity of the liquid measuring.
2. Big flow rate, the maximum flow rate is about 2 times of the normal displacement volume meter.
3. Long service life, high accuracy and reliability.
4. Low pressure loss;
5. The longest cable remote transmission distance of 1000 meters, the pulse signal output N = 0.1 L (a pulse to 1 N), can be directly connected with the computer.
6. Have explosion-proof Ia II CT6 (intrinsically safe); Flame-proof dIIBT6; Protection IP56.
