1.Roddable, straight-through orifice for maximum flow 2.Packing below the threads prevents lubricant washout 3.Positive stem retraction prevents sticking 4.Straight-through orifice is roddable for easy cleaning 5.Internal wiper ring protects threads from external contamination 6.Nonrotating stem tip creates positive seal 7.Replaceable seals, seat and tip design 8.Standard maximum pressures:
Stainless steel: 6000 psig (413 bar)
Alloy 400: 5000 psig (344 bar) 9.valves are standard with acetal seats, fluorocarbon FKM O-rings, and PTFE backup rings. 250°F (121°C) max for fluids compatible with acetal seat material, except for water and steam, which are not recommended for temperatures greater than 200°F (93°C)
Ratings extend to:–65°F (–53°C) with Buna C O-rings
400°F (204°C) with PEEK or PFA seat material and fluorocarbon FKM or Kalrez® O-rings 10.Suitable for sour gas service; materials are selected inaccordance with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 11.Every valve is 100% factory tested with nitrogen Parameter
